Hannah Novak
Hello there! My name is Hannah and I have been working as a real estate agent in Portland since I was 21 years old. I am passionate about helping people find their dream home and build incredible wealth through owning real estate. I have been so fortunate enough to make a career out of it.
My dedication to my clients and my deep knowledge of the local market have been the key to my success. I pride myself on providing exceptional service to every client, no matter how big or small their real estate needs may be. I am passionate about what I do, and I believe that this passion shines through in every interaction and transaction I do.
Whether you are buying or selling a property, I am here to help. With my years of experience and my in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, I can guide you through every step of the process, from the initial consultation to the closing table. I understand that every client is unique, and I work closely with each one to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals. I can assure you our relationship won’t end by me passing over keys or telling you that your home has recorded. My goal is to be a lifelong real estate advisor for you & your family!
When I am not busy helping my clients with their real estate needs, I love spending time with my own family. My husband and I were high school sweethearts at Sunset High school. Our two children, Bauer and Nora, are the light of our world. Whether we are exploring new places, playing sports or simply relaxing at home, I alway value our time as a family.
Now since you have been introduced to my family, I wanted to give you more context behind our team: Bauer Street Real Estate Group! I know you are all thinking: How cliché Hannah, You named your business after your first born… Let me explain: as I was going through every name under the sun for a real estate company, rolling my eyes at every corny concept, slogan and phrase, I was searching for a deeper connection for the business. Bauer, which means “farmer,” felt appropriate in this situation. The concept behind the Law of the Farm is simple: as in farming, success in life comes from consistently disciplined, daily effort. A farmer cannot expect to reap a bumper crop by being lazy for three months and then “cramming” to catch up. If you want to increase your harvest, increase the quality of your efforts in tending to the garden plot of your work and home lives. I always say that real estate is a long term game. It takes hard work to make that investment pay off and at the end of the day, it is so worth it. You guys are my clients and you have put in a lot of hard work into your homes. I have felt that deep in my heart when I come back and see the projects you’ve done, changes you’ve made or just the heart it took to make your home your own. You have built incredible wealth by doing so and that didn't happen overnight.
If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I would be honored to assist you. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your real estate need
