How will we tell you about the newest homes available?

We will set up a customized search for you that we will watch every hour on your behalf. Sometimes our clients like to be included on this search as well & that is great! We also set up a group chat/ or email with everyone involved in the search so we can schedule the property viewing quickly & accommodate everyone’s schedules for a private showing. Communication is key through this process so we promise to deliver that at a high level!

Will Bauer Street Real Estate Group inform me of homes from all real estate companies or only Keller Williams?

We will keep you informed of all homes listed by all of the brokerages. We have fantastic relationships with agents at every brokerage. We want to help you find your dream home, which means staying on top of every home that’s available on the market.

Can you help me find new construction homes?

Yes, we can work with most builders and get you the information you need to make a decision. On your visits with the builder, we will accompany you. By using our services with a new construction home purchase, you will receive the services we offer, as well as those provided by the builder, at no additional cost. It is important you have representation even when you are buying new construction!

How does for sale by owner (FSBO) work?

Homeowners trying to sell their home without agent representation are usually doing so in the hopes of saving the listing agent commission, but most understand they will pay for buyer agent commission. If you see a FSBO and want the advantages of our services, let us contact the owner for you and make an appointment. Most times the homeowner will work with an agent even though their home is not listed, since the agent is introducing a potential buyer to their property.

Can we go back through our property again once an offer is made but before possession?

Usually we can notify the seller and schedule a convenient time to visit the property again. You will typically have 10 business days due diligence period to conduct inspections as well! This is a wonderful time to take measurements, invite family & bring in any additional contractors!

Once my offer is accepted, what should I do?

Don’t you worry!! Our team will be in touch with all parties involved: you, your lender, the title company, the listing agent & the seller. We will always be in communication of next steps and what to expect! We strive to take all the heavy lifting & small details off your plate!
